1. MAKING A PURCHASE
- All product items come with a brief description under the product picture with the information needed. If you need any help or assistance with ordering online, don’t hesitate to email us with the contact details above.
2. SHIPPING TIME FRAMES & DELIVERY
- All UK orders made Monday-Friday before 12pm are shipped out the same day with a delivery fee at the checkout, unless the order is over £20. Orders made after 12pm are shipped out the next following working day. Weekends and Bank Holiday orders made are shipped out the next following working day. We ship with ROYAL MAIL which includes a tracking number that will be included in the dispatched email.
- All Worldwide orders made Monday-Friday before 12pm are shipped out the same day with a delivery fee, unless the order is over £60. Orders made after 12pm are shipped out the next working day. Weekends and Bank holiday orders made are shipped out the next following working day. We ship with ROYAL MAIL which includes a tracking number that will be included in the dispatched email. Delivery time can vary so please give it up to 14 days before contacting us.
3. RETURNS
- Any cosmetic or beauty items can not be returned, exchanged or refunded due to hygiene purposes. We make it clear in the product description bio of non returnable items, so please read carefully. If you order any clothing item and it is the wrong sizing or you do not like the item, we have a 14 day return/exchange policy subject to delivery fees from the day the order was made. All returned/exchange items must be sent back with the original tags and original packaging as it came, including the completed return form to. Please fill out the return form with the required details or the processing time can be delayed for refunds.
- We do not offer free item returns so we advise that you send the item back signed for as we are not liable or responsible for lost items, however if the item is being exchanged then we will send out an exchange item free of charge. Any items that has been damaged during delivery is not our responsibility. We pack our products carefully and with care to satisfactory needs. Please do contact us with pictures of any damages made and if you want further proceeding then we can send a complaint on your behalf to the delivery service.
